Jay L. Ciulla was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Since 1997, he has been in private practice in Phoenix helping clients with their legal issues. He has extensive litigation and trial experience and has represented clients in well over one hundred trials. During his legal career he has handled a wide variety of cases including personal injury, wrongful death, commercial litigation and criminal defense cases.
